My Fair Lady - an absolute classic 17 Years, 4 Months ago
Every single song a hit.
Just check out the melodic and lyrical skill in Show Me.
And the magnificent words in Why Can't A Woman Be More Like A Man?
Brilliantly constructed, holding every second of attention.

It's been probably 40 years since I last watched it and it's just as good today; in fact, better. Everyone learning and starting in music today should study it, like attending a Bruce Springsteen concert.
Or a James Brown stage exit(s).
Some things you just cannot teach.

Seen it so many times but it remains a favourite. Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without it.

Sentimental but cool.

It was a shame they felt the need to lipsynch so much of it. Neither Aubrey Hepburn or Jeremy Brett deserved it.

Hastings and Higgins all but got away with recitation... there again so did Noel Coward...
