I perfectly marinated a ham this morning at 8 a.m., with maple syrup, chilli and seasoning and put it in the slow cooker. No problem you might say. Major problem as it turns out. I amazingly fixed it, and browned the ham in the oven for 30 mins, and served with my usual Heston style thrice cooked chips,with mint peas and left over pickled thai cabbage.
