TOPIC: Malfeasance, misfeasance, nonfeasance in public office

Malfeasance, misfeasance, nonfeasance in public office 7 Years, 1 Month ago
As regulars will know I tend to be way ahead of the rest of the world in many things - Genesis, Bay City Rollers, so many acts were started by me but only broke globally years later. Likewise 17 years ago I was an early victim of the False Allegations Industry. Now slowly society is realising there are far, far more false accusers than there are genuinely abused. More and more liars are being jailed for longer and longer. But there hasn't yet been a serious clampdown on malfeasance in public office, let alone misfeasance (not illegal) or nonfeasance (due to incompetence). The murder of Breck Bednar concluded in jail for his killer but no real punishment for those who, by negligence, caused his death. A clear case of nonfeasance. Every night, in sleep, I get messages. "Get them, JK". Please watch Murder Games, one of the most upsetting yet effective TV shows ever made.

The entire show is available to watch free here but warning; you'll be upset. www.dailymotion.com/video/x3qtsgl

Do watch Murder Games on Daily Motion (link above) seven calls so far; all horrified by it.

And start thinking about WHEN and HOW nonfeasance or misfeasance becomes MALfeasance in public office. When the motive is to gain a conviction of an innocent person in order to achieve career targets? What excuse would the officers and CPS, who deliberately failed to examine DANNY DAY's past, claim? Nonfeasance perhaps? Or misfeasance? But wasn't it MALfeasance, if it was deliberate failure to check so as to convict David Bryant of crimes that never took place?

For the archive a useful link; the examination of Surrey Police behaviour is far from finished.
