I have bright sunshine but my lawn is still under up to six inches of water at certain places. This not ideal as we are for sale currently.

You find some wierd lifestyles represented while property hunting, my favourite one ever, was a twenty foot plank of wood, leading from the master bedroom to the lawn so that the cat could get out in the night.
