It is such so stupid and it is bound to dawn on the negotiators that we should reverse back into it. I cannot see any reason at all why we should leave the EU apart from the dumb, ridiculous referendum.

I am becoming more hopeful that there is a chance it won't happen at all.

If even she opposes it, perhaps there's a chance that it won't happen. She clearly won the PR battle against May with the Grenfell fire. Maybe she and the other royals can subtly help people see sense and/or show up the failings of government policy over EU membership.
