The lobster is actually out of the freezer for tommorows thermidore!


Today we have had Venison Faggots with Jacket Potato, and have Cold Smoked Rainbow Trout for dinner.

And for anyone who actually not de-frosted a cooked lobster, put it in a bowl trust me!

I have a small ocean in the fridge this morning, even the stilton is swimming!

This does work, this recipe, but I reccommend leaving the cheese off, it creates too many flavours on a plate.

Leave the cheese on the table for people to add at will.
