About 95% of those who plead guilty are Plea Bargaining because, with the broken system as it is, they will probably be found guilty by a jury if one person's word is considered evidence and liars do not exist. I have no idea whether this man was guilty or innocent of any claims made about him but I'll bet he killed himself because of media pressure and the inevitability of Britain's broken judicial system.
