They've been removing the same cladding that was on Grenfell and the plastic sheeting caught fire and swept up taking the scaffolding with it.

Workers fled upstairs..this cladding is so dangerous..and it's everywhere.

Sydney & Melbourne have 100s of new high rise blocks all over the place. They have shot up as money floods in from China and investors buy them up..sometimes half a dozen, often buying after only looking at plans.

It's why I only ever look at flats in 50 -70 year old buildings when they still didn't stint on quality materials.

Property investors are going to get stung badly. I wonder how many New York towers have this sub standard cladding on them?
