It would be wrong at this stage for me to comment given it’s a live criminal case . But I am sure it will come out and I will also comment in due course .

Never stopped you before, or is it because the shoe is on the other foot and someone you were convinced and believed in has potentially perverted the cause of justice. Forgive me if I am incorrect,but where you not liaising and assisting Nick with these allegations?
