Why? A) where was it - Answer; Surrey; Surrey Police involved. He was done and acquitted before - in 1999. A nice easy target to screw him again. C) it reeks of fishing or trawling, that well known Surrey Police tactic condemned in the Henriques Report.

How odd. The Telegraph article says "The General Medical Council brought no disciplinary measures against him, although it warned him in 2003 that a chaperone should be present when he examined female patients".

But there's this article from 2009:

Patient's relief as doctor is struck off

"On Tuesday, 60-year-old Tutin was struck off, five days after the General Medical Council found him guilty of five misconduct allegations dating back to 1984."

a chaperone?

There will come a time when every single professional (teachers !) person, nay everyone will have to wear CCTV body cams at all times.

I might even get one now.
My life could be a series of Andy Warhol movies like the one with a camera aimed at the Empire State Building or the Seeping Man for 24 hours and nothing at all happens.

SEEPING man, Hedda? I think your spellcheck may be right; evil is seeping out of sleepers these days; the evil of not noticing the False Allegations Industry!
