I suppose the CCTV showed that parts of her story was false, but the way it is written gives the impression that if you initiate sex you cant be raped, which is nonsense.
BBC...."After a jury in the first trial against Skinner failed to reach a verdict, he agreed to give evidence against her again. "
Both news media reports seem inconclusive to guilt or innocence on both sides. Too much drinking probably did not help each side, no idea!
I just hope trials and cases are proceeded on clearer evidence, in future Oops dreaming again!!! Too much of "A" therefore "B" must be true. BBC does not mention facebook connection. And her running over and hugging now equals his story been true. Convicted on a second trial. It certainly appears another conviction that does not meet the legal standard of beyond reasonable doubt. And the guy couldn't resist having sex, had a girl friend. It all sounds crazy to me!!!! Why can't the police and so on find time and effort to convict the thousands of false accusers with stories that are clearly made up.
