However, questions need to be asked as to the precise nature of the relationship between Yewtree officers (and management) and MWT (and potentially others).

It is that very relationship which needs to be further put under the microscope because MWT has now freely admitted he was communicating with senior (more senior than DCI level) officers at the Met on such matters.

But what was the content of such communications and what was the content in both directions?

Were the Met leaking information to someone who was now effectively a journalist and private investigator? If so why?

Conversely was MWT putting new information into the hands of the police to falsely accuse people without knowing the accuracy of such information first?

Why was he acting as effectively a conduit and arranging police contacts instead of saying to people reporting to him simply “go to the police”?
Absolutely! These seem very valid questions. If only someone would answer them. It is odd that victims of crime would contact a media go-between rather than go straight to police. It seems from first episodes of The Investigator that MWT let himself be "played" by the killer Russell Causley, so did he let himself be played by chancers and opportunists, e.g. running stories past him to test the water, finding out what others were claiming and thus producing similar stories?

What a devastating article that demolishes MWT..although mind you..he has an ability to demolish himself.

No idea who "troll Exposure" is but he seems to have the forensic abilities of a brilliant barrister.

What is noticeable here is that MWT is and always has been an accident waiting to happen. Even producing such a detailed document in order to salvage his reputation was bizarre and idiotic.

And yes I guarantee there are some senior coppers who are at this very moment deleting their MWT contact details from their diaries and will soon exclaim "Mark who??"

Gutted there is no access to comment on this blog. I had a very interesting meeting with Gray, Spindler and my FLA in April 2013. We discussed MWT, and received multiple apologies from both Spindler and Gray.

This blog would've been the perfect place to mention this meeting AGAIN...... interesting how the trawling for victims of Jimmy Savile is an accepted given and not seen as equally as monstrous.

His current erasing of many Tweets and nervous cleansing of past statements seems to indicate a massive attempt to cover up past transgressions. So much so that I find myself feeling sorry for him. Just as I do not advocate punishing most false accusers, since they are often genuinely deluded and assisted by bent lawyers and corrupt cops, and I pity rather than condemn trolls, so I look at Mark Williams Thomas and see a mentally challenged invalid, desperately trying to escape his inevitable fate. I'm not one for kicking somebody when they are down, let alone hastening their inevitable end.

I think I'm with JK and I sorta thought he'd be the type who wouldn't kick a man when he is down (even if he felt justified)

MWT is at a very difficult time in his life at his age..busted credibility. May have to get a real job now..who knows?

I've actually never sought revenge in my life (and Boy I could have) but I've always believed in Karma and thought those who do really horrible things to you for no good reason are bound to be doing it to others as well...and those others may not be so forgiving.

3 weeks later and tweets etc being deleted it ain't looking good and I'm hearing he is getting another slap coming

3 weeks today and MWTs still keeping off social media and why you may ask.
The reason as I see it is that he thought he would have so much support but all the negative comments and replies to posts proved all to much for him.
I do now belive his days are over and more will surface to put the final nail in the lid of his antics.
In some way I do believe he thought he was doing the right thing but the call of a celebrity lifestyle fame and fortune all became to much just chasing you're average pervert is not going to make you money unless you stay as a cop picking up a pension.
He made his bed and staked his claim but most claims were embellished or made up to keep getting the shock and awe look at me.
