TOPIC: Presumption of Innocence

Presumption of Innocence 5 Years, 1 Month ago  
I think my main problem with people assuming & declaring people guilty automatically without allowing proper court of law examination, is that it indicates a willingness to believe the worst instead of the best. Presumption Of Innocence is not only a legal premise but a moral one.

Especially horrible in child abuse cases, because it is as if they are actually hoping a child has been hurt.

Yes I agree. And because I do I set achslllenge back to a lot of posters on here who assume the "guilt" of anyone who cones forward as a "victim" without considering that victims do exist..
