Interesting article in the Times about dementia treatment (or lack of it); years ago a friend tipped me off about COQ-10 as helping memory loss and I think it's been very positive. Any other views? I believe you have to be careful with it if you have heart failure or diabetes.
Other than that, it seems worth a try.
Were you worried about your memory Mr king?
