Night Boat to Tangier 4 Years, 9 Months ago  
Nominated for the Booker Prize and an excellent read - about two aging Irish drug smugglers.

Philosophying on their violent deeds of the past, and the resultant toll on their souls. Banter includes:-

'My arse isn't right since that octopus we ate in Malaga'

Written by a well travelled Irishman called Kevin Barry - and, in my view, in with a shout...
