Anybody reading HHJ Taylor's ruling when she threw out the application to continue my 2018 trial must gasp (as the CCRC are currently doing, taking their time, seeing all the fresh evidence about my 2001 trial).

So much evidence emerged proving the false accusers were lying and far more would have emerged had the trial continued (I was declared Not Guilty of three charges and the rest were thrown out).

But in this case, some material was produced to the complainants by the Defence which had not been considered by the Prosecution, and which was relevant to the accuracy of their recollections.
