Do nothing and say nothing while someone is being molested?

No matter how big the star, people just dont cover up sex abuse, do they?

Would be interesting to know whether this happened when they were both acting a scene as part of her audition. But maybe it didn't and could not in any way be construed as improvising some kind of role.

Does no woman ever say, "Hey! Stop doing that!" any more?

I was groped at a works function many years ago. I turned around and asked the man concerned to stop groping me. He looked mortified, apologised and left. Everyone carried on as they had been pre-grope.

If I'd said nothing and he'd been famous I'd be rolling in compo by now.

I think if you had said nothing it would be reasonable for the man to assume that you welcomed it.

Unfortunately the answer is Yes they would but it’s much more complicated than just the celebrity angle. Everyone’s attitude to this will be different and will be moulded by their own personality, experiences and knowledge of the legal and other ramifications of making sexual abuse allegations.
