"This week two brothers from Scotland were in court after being found guilty of trying to meet underage girls for sex with the help of a paedophile hunter group.
William, 36, and Christopher, 31, Kennedy, of East Kilbride, Scotland, believed they were talking to 14-year-old girls on adult dating sites."
The old bait and switch scam. Make initial contact on an adult website or app, accumulate a few racy comments, then drop in a "real" age under 16 and edit the conversations to look criminal.

in other words they groom victims.
as always police and creeps like Williams-Thomas encourage these lowlifes whilst wringing their hands saying,,"leave it to us...but we understand".
I'd lock them all up.
