A couple more Celebrity False Allegations trials over the next few weeks. It will be interesting to see what Jurors in Scotland (and Southwark) feel about this witch hunt. More Big Past Names jailed? Or more Acquittals? One thing is certain; if both are innocent it is unlikely there will be more Carl Beech type prosecutions of False Accusers or their Enablers. The official reason will be that they don't want the genuinely abused to fear coming forward. The truth is - Attempting to Pervert the Course of Justice is a frightening conviction for society to cope with.

Avoided (in general) by media.

It should be the scandal uncovered in 2020. But will it be?

Thats the "retreated to a bathroom" story done. Can we maybe expect a Rolls Royce to appear in one of the other stories?

While advertisers can get away with using the power of emotions to influence perception, jurors should be encouraged to examine their own personal feelings and biases before deliberations.

Surely it must now be clear to everybody; some people behaved in a way, in the past, that is now considered inappropriate. But the line has been crossed when prosecutions take place. Slap wrists if incidents happen today. Reprimand. But don't resurrect past situations where there is no proof. Do not over react. Do not waste police & CPS & court time on trivial matters ("the octopus").
