Great! I was a bit confused because it had the "chat" thing up as if it was live, but it wasn't, if you see what I mean?

Why not do a live? Or a zoom conference thing? We could all join in.

Glad you enjoyed it Honey; no, I've stopped even comments as it's quite simply just a personal opinion every day. Those who want to discuss thoughts in an intelligent way can do so here. Sites like You Tube & Instagram etc tend to attract the loonies who want to be noticed. Better to use them just one way.

I do welcome thoughts and opinions on here however; as more and more people watch it, hopefully some will comment here.

Enjoyed, like the positive energy. I had a strange moment after a 12 hour shift walking down a dark tow path beside the thames about half 7 this evening (I was legitimately out btw).

A Police car with lights a flashing blocked the path. I was the only person around. 2 officers leapt out of the car with large torch flash light things in hand and started running towards me. I thought, "shit there has been a curfew announced while I was working and they will take me away...!"

But they ran straight past me and trained their lights on the dark waters of the river. Then I noticed Police on the far bank, more wailing sirens, ambulance and then helicoptor.

Self isolation had clearly got too much for some poor soul...

And sadly wyot your story reflects my theory; that over reaction will kill far more than the CoronaVirus.

Yes I agree. The strain socially and economically the longer this goes on will lead to escalating suicides, mental health deterioration, alcohol abuse, domrstic violence etc etc.

The scales will tip at some point and Covid deaths will be accomodated into our collective narrative as we ease back to normal life out of sheer necessity, then a vaccine.

Yes - there will be many consequences of the virus, other than infection and death.

World Health Organisation says that over 190 countries are now affected - and the UN only has 195 members.

Infection statistics for the USA are particularly worrying. Hence a $2 trillion investment by them - the biggest in history!

$2,000,000,000,000

But no Barney; infection statistics are NOT worrying. What is worrying is that people are ignoring the fact that the vast majority of infections simply clear up. In China 3,300 dead - total. That's no more serious than a sneeze. For God's sake do not fall for Media Hype; it's bad enough that Governments (and masses of stupid punters) do. The consequences of over reaction are FAR worse than the fatality caused by this trivial virus.

Trivial!

As only a third of the planet's population is in lockdown?

Just a few billion...

The virus is trivial. The over reaction provoked by media is lethal, damaging, harmful and absurd. Not trivial at all.
