I have to admit to being impressed that top British police, knowing I'm the head of a campaign to correct police behaviour, did not block my release from the Sex Offender Register. Honest cops won. One of the main pieces of evidence was provided by Surrey Police who mounted a six month, hugely expensive surveillance which even had a name - Operation Future. 24 hours a day; 7 days a week; every phone call, e-mail, internet search. Two officers in cars outside my house, following me everywhere, even at the next table in restaurants. The conclusion? I was not and never had been a paedophile. So positive was the final report that Surrey Police tried to suppress it in my 2018 trial, citing anti-terrorist legislation. The Judge refused and allowed us to see the report. It was part of the reams of fresh evidence considered and examined over 3 months this year by the very top Chiefs involved in making the controversial decision; should I be removed from the Sex Offenders Register? They decided I should be; a big boost to my CCRC case. JK is innocent OK?

And for those who have called me today and asked whether I knew I was being "surveilled". Nope. Not a clue. And, of course, not even disclosed pre-trial (police fail to disclose virtually anything that might damage their case and their attempt to pervert the course of justice).

Incredible stuff JK; I didn't realise the Police even had the budgets for this sort of things these days...

Don't think so wyot; I've had a few e-m's but I have no problem politely rejecting advances. When I was making No Limits I had a couple of both genders come to my house - I wouldn't let them in. But I instantly saw Media setups not, in those days, police. I'd guess today the same. But I don't behave in the way they all think I might.

It is usual, Honey, when a force attempts to pervert the course of justice. Surrey Police wanted the Kudos of locking up another pervert. So they took on an outside surveillance team at great expense to find evidence that I was "still at it" (not that I ever had been).
They were horrified when six months of huge expense told them I clearly was not.
So they had to revert to old claims, revived and improved. Forcing liars from 2001 to lie better, with more evidence, more proof (there was none - one of the reasons they had all been dropped in 2001).
Luckily I had a great Judge who saw straight through it.
And luckily, now, even Top Cops spotted my conviction was due to bent cops and not actual offending. So I'm no longer officially a Vile Pervert.
Surrey Police were furious their expensive Operation Future turned out to provide evidence for my defence, not their prosecution.
We were all sent out of the courtroom when ghastly QC Cottage tried to sell Anti Terrorism legislation to the Judge.
Press, public, defence, clerks - everyone except QC and Judge.
"This cannot be shown to the Defence or our nation will be in danger" she told HHJ Taylor.
"Bollocks" said HHJ Taylor (divine lady).
So we were given the report. Our jaws dropped at the incredible expense and totally conclusive results.
The only negative was that I'd once been in a restaurant with a friend (Popbitch) wearing a baseball cap saying POLICE and jokily telling her it was "in case I'm being observed by a surveillance team". I was not aware they were, as always, at the next table!

And can any English 'Sense Defender' cop, hack, editor, politico, or psycho, please explain?
