While it's great that gives them jobs, India's call factories are now on skeleton staffs because of Covid so if you have 2 dramas I have had in the past fortnight.
.electricity and telephone going out, attempting to get very nice Indian bloke to understand my predicament has been torture.
And a glimpse of how technology may not be the great leap forward..I've had to use a Mobile Phone so you dial a local number and immediately are switched to India..FIVE TIMES connecting with crackling and cut-outs and distorted sound AND HAVING
TO TELL MY TALE OF WOE ALL OVER EACH TIME.
