Quite shocking info regarding the time it took for rescuers to arrive; I bet dozens would have lived had help come within minutes not hours. Like clapping the NHS, it seems we are very slow to criticise bad performance.

It's shocking that the security lacked leadership and initiative. Security guard could of have kept the bomber talking or just dial 999.
