This will take years to recover and people have lost their livelihoods. Regional lockdowns will end in a disaster and goddamn pointless.

Boris your days are numbered - not many companies are recruiting; supermarkets are inundated with applications and spec letters.

Hospitality is in the crapper and many offices are closed. The few banks that I use are still working with a skeleton crew.

Employer's don't actually want to conduct interviews, are DWP still sanctioning people ?

Oh brilliant GM been waiting for this. Gov scientists admits it was a panic measure as they didn't know what to do and it has not only achieved nothing it has been a disaster...

On another note: how many local lockdowns does it take to make a national lockdown?

And anyone else noted the rise in metaphor - "circuit break", "moon shot". Always a sign you don't know what you are doing, or doing something shitty ("collateral damage").

Buzzwords are meaningless and they know it.

Government scientists are fucking clueless my dogs have more sense. Circuit break to me means the circuit box on my wall. Moonshot? Government likes basketball ?


Government should say that lockdown is equal to floccinaucinihilipilification it would make more sense.
