This is the clip showing the funeral official forcing people to sit apart.

Alex Bellfield says he doesn't blame the man, or the business, because they have to follow the rules, but I DO.

Not only was it uncalled for, but the idiot broke the rules himself by getting too close to the mourners, putting THEM at risk from HIM.

It sums up the stupid pretence.
