Ken Loach expelled from Labour 2 Years, 8 Months ago
One of Britain's greatest film-makers - and he does it on a shoestring- has been expelled from Labour.

This is insanity. This vile carpetbagger Keir Starmer- a recent blow-in, set out to divide one of the world's great political parties (in fact when led by Jeremy Corbyn it was the biggest political party in the Europe)

I only have one question- is it deliberate or is he just a complete fuckwit- advised by fuckwits? .

# Contrary to the utter claptrap- Tony Blair was arguably Britain's most disliked and unpopular PM on the figures alone.

Jeremy Corbyn outmatched Blair's best success in numbers & % alone in 2017- before the full on assault began. Corbyn left a £13M money pot when he resigned. Starmer has blown it.

Weird times.

## Meanwhile China now has a Middle Class surpassing 770 million (created in 20 years alone) which is over half the population.

All Hail Xi Jinping !!

we are led by donkeys.

Yes ridiculous. I think he is just a fuckwit Hedda. He spends all his time on the wrong battles; what policies do Labour have that reflect the concerns of their natural voters? Corbyn had values and integrity consistent with a socialist party. Starmer doesn't know which way to turn in his "woke" battles. No definition, no values, no leadership; no longer any point to the party which needs a radical overhaul - but it will take someone with charisma, leadership, values and clarity of thought. I don't know why the party continues to waste time on Starmer.

I suppose it's him or Diane Abbott - both are useless.

Then again Boris is useless.

I think Ken's films are terrific and great promotion for the best of socialism. I thought Corbyn was (and remains) a decent man whose chosen path was not one I walk but at least he had integrity and few others seem to have any. The way Corbyn was destroyed was a shocking example of the power of media and the ability to manipulate it. And the gullibility of those worshipping media.

Media is far too powerful now. The demonising of Corbyn was obvious and utterly cynical. Also clearly political, subverting and warping democracy to the point where we have it only in name.

While I am clearly no fan of Starmer or Boris I do wonder how possible it is now - with the power of media and particularly now the instant 5 second attention span and judgments social media generates - for an effective leader to emerge?

Perhaps the media has become too capricious and instant a beast for anyone to deal with and it is simply not possible for a transformative, substantive figure (a Thatcher or Wilson) to emerge and operate for any length of time now...

about sums it up.

It's the internet.

with great advantages comes disadvantages.

at least people can discover "facts" and "evidence" on Social Media completely missed by 100,000s of the world's scientists. Such as the world really being flat.

Maybe Starmer could have a drink have a drink at nice little pub in Bath called The Raven. Oh wait...it never gets old. I bet Keir wishes still that today's newspapers are tomorrow fish and chips wrappers.

I have never seen anyone barred from pub simply because its Keir Starmer.

On a serious note get some security guard who are not drugged up on power and on steroids.

I never thought politics in 2020 and 2021 would be both a circus and a freak show.
