Who cares? As if anyone didn't think this went on. So Prince Charles's aide sold a CBE in return for millions to UK charites. If a super wealthy arab is soooo vain and silly he wises to give us all that money for a meaningless acronymn please sell some more!

the House of Lords is filled with people who did political favors and received a title for their efforts. Britain's electoral system is so undemocratic..always a minority winning power. And it's largely right wing media is viciously anti-Monarchy. Gawd help Charles when his mother dies.
