One of the greats. Bill Gates before Bill Gates. Steve Jobs before Steve Jobs. Like Trevor Baylis - deserved more respect.

Yes he does deserve more respect. He was just ahead of his time with electric vehicles and pioneered home computer gaming with the zx spectrum.

his electric vehicle was ahead of it's time but looked like a death trap..unless everyone drove one . In the English weather?

Yes it wasn't the most practical looking vehicle on the road was it...I suspect I wouldn't feel fully at ease test driving one around the M25....
