Just noted that MWT has had nothing to say on the stabbing of Sir David Amess MP but is spouting a lot about new Jimmy Savile docu and the Forth coming Coogan one.
Williams-Thomas also is banging on about how he goes about investigating old crimes, now the Yorkshire Ripper, why? Nothing more to be gained the story is out there in completion but the only reason is for titillation drama and financial gain off the back of murder victims and I'm sure there will be plenty of driving around looking like your doing but doing nothing that adds anything new or saves a life. It would be great to see Williams-Thomas actually solve something that has not be saved.

Oh he was filmed and appeared for a second or two near the end but somebody had obviously decided not to use anything he said. Wonder why.

Interesting Jo. Doesn't explain why he was clearly filmed for the recent Savile show and was briefly shown at his computer and walking away yet not a word broadcast. Why on earth did the company show that tiny sequence? And why on earth did he agree to film it (and, one assumes, much more)? Perhaps, after doing it, he withdrew his permission - in which case, why did they include that unnecessary few frames? No - something far bigger was involved.

You're repeating yourself Jo. Repeating yourself Jo... Yes it COULD be those shots were from another show but why include them? NO reason at all. There are many secrets behind MWT and I suspect many may emerge during the next few weeks. I wonder whether the lady who produced THAT letter from "Surrey Police" will admit where she got the notepaper from (out of date - from a few months before the forgery was made; but co-incidentally in force when MWT was with Surrey Police). If she did, many would be prepared to support her.

For her part, Fiona denies forging the letter. Although she initially insisted that it was genuine, last night she conceded that she may have been the victim of a hoax.
