Delighted he's young. Not so pleased he's black (implies fulfilling a quota rather than talent) but I have total faith in Russell T who is a National Treasure and can do no wrong. And best of all - he's not Jodie Whittaker who was a total disaster through no fault of her own (ghastly scripts) and has probably ruined a rather promising career.
I've never seen Sex Education but I suspect not only has it produced the next Dr Who but I bet Asa Butterfield will be the new James Bond. I have a sixth sense about these things. AND I see dead people who don't know they are dead.
Mrs Wyot hates sci-fi but loved the David Tennant Dr Who. I watched it once under sufferance and learned that a load of statues moving was apparently "scary". I am going to force her to watch The Exorcist with me to try and re-define scary for her.

I too, GM, don't get the appeal...
That's not scary Wyot. Bobby Goldsboro music is scary, if you play his 45's on 33 1/3 speed he sounds even more dodgy (like a seedy crooner).
I played an early CD release of Lamb Lies on Broadway from the mid 80s last night. William Friedkin was going to do make a movie of the album.
What annoys me people only listen to that one song Lamb Lies on Broadway or Carpet Crawlers rather than the whole album. Carpet Crawlers has to be heard after you listened to the whole album not after LLOB.
Concepts albums have to be played numerous times to understand the story. LLOB is one that you have to focus. The Prison by Michael Nesmith you have to the read book that came with the album.
Did/do you own Music From The Elder by KISS. I hated it at first with passion, I thought the story was horrendous and the album was a waste of talent. After about 8th listen it grew on me. The story is not terrible but it's not great either.

I am the same as Mrs Wyot. Those statues are indeed scary.
