Fernando Torres.

Looks like a good choice and Liverpool looks very strong.

6-0 was a good result, but I still tip Man City for the top this year. They are in generally good form.

I have few comments to make. It's starting to get embarrassing for my beloved Derby! A long season ahead, I fear.

..and Chelsea are beaten. Good old Villa and the best manager England has never had...Martin O'Neil.

O'Neil might fail miserably as England manager. Keegan was an excellent club manager but was hopeless as England boss. Club and Country are so different.

That can be taken both ways, JK. I don't think Erikson was a particularly good England manager, so it might mean he'll be a good club manager. Some think he was a great England manager, so think he might fail at club level.

I'm not a Man City fan but I note they are playing well and have a good level of teamwork. They lost their last two Premiership games, but each only by one goal. I think they could certainly be 'up there', but of course it's early days yet.

My team is Middlesbrough, but they have such low ambition. Mid table is the Boro target. If they'd only believe in themselves, then who knows ....
