Well RT, the thing is - most of the Top of the Pops performances were erased by the BBC and are lost forever.

Ditto many of the other shows.

BUT - there are some wonderful nostalgia experts who collect obscure clips (often recorded off air on old tapes) and every now and then someone pops up and says HEY...

I'm still searching for my POPS performance of SEAGULLS (1967), Sugar Sugar (1971), Loop di Love (this was an odd promo film we made), Gloria (ditto), One For You One For Me (on TOTP in 1978 with me in silly wig backed by Viola Wills and another, both in similar wigs).

And many others!

Will look forward to seeing that when I get home, as the meanies at work do not allow us to have You Tube.

Question for JK; What do you feel is the best song you've performed, for the record my Top 3 are: -

I'm sure their are others that I haven't heard, but it's very enjoyable watching it.

It does sometimes make me wish for the return of TOTP.

A great find and nice to see another piece of the JK hits jigsaw! Love the diversity of the records and performances.

Here's hoping "One For You, One For Me" turns up sometime - can still visualise that one, or more precisely, the wig!

An interesting Folkie take,and about as far possible from the origional to make it stand out in its own right.
Any chance of 'Flirt' surfacing? Can remember seeing that one when I was very young,must have been early 70s.
