It's impossible to take it seriously after the hilarious and accurate sendup on Bremner Bird and Fortune last night.

I allways preffered her as the "side dish" on Nigel Slaters` programmes, less is more with her for me.
Some of the recipes in her books are excellent though, and once done usually remembered without the text which is handy.
The grilled halloumi with chilli oil is my fave.

Has any impersonator done Heston yet?
I think he may well have taken care of the job himself, he was allways mocked as the mad scientist in the kitchen, and eventually walked in an incredibly over the top way, straight into the shoes that awaited him.(and never said "flip" once).
