TOPIC: Estonia

Estonia 4 Months, 3 Weeks ago
now has the entire population wired for the internet on the belief no business government or private can be conducted without it.

The UK could have had this under a Corbyn government.

Australia tried but a Tory government screwed it up with a cut price version just to own the lefties who started the billion $ scheme.

Biden is attempting it in the USA but that would some task.

So Kersti Kaljulaid can track and snoop on the population even more. It's very Orwellian.

Maybe snooping isn't their main motive then GM?

Perhaps it is business/GDP and the "snooping" is limited to terrorism and organised crime and most of us simply aren't that interesting to Big Brother...?

State gathers information on citizens has not been news since Herod's census or The Domesday Book GM.

It will be used for corporations to make money, prevent terrorism and protect children from abuse.

Your prog rock vinyl searches will not raise much interest!

Lets not forget the classic Ronald Reagan quote.

Protect children from online is by having sent off in the woods with nothing, let their natural instincts kick in.

I bet Reagan was charming but he was just a figurehead for the ghastly mob who began dismantling FDR's fantastic reforms that created a massive US middle class and decades of prosperity.

# Reagan was regarded as a left winger almost a Communist when he was leader of the actor's union before politics.
