TOPIC: Whilst I'm delighted that Sunak has woken

Whilst I'm delighted that Sunak has woken 4 Months, 1 Week ago
I'm not convinced that Government by ITV is a good thing. They got the Savile fiasco totally wrong. Surely it's the CCRC that needs galvanising, improving, budget increased. There COULD be some crooks amongst the Post Office workers. But only 93 quashed in 26 years? Shocking. Following the Andrew Malkinson tragedy, the system is broken.

Why didn't more media get onto this? EASY. Media only wants a great story and until the ITV drama, this wasn't a good story.
And media won't touch convicted people.
"Innocent? Oh you all say that".
I blame the media and the CCRC for 80% of this scandal.
Now watch the public ignore those and focus on specific great stories.
Black Lives Matter? NO. Police brutality was the problem.
MeToo? No - predominantly liars especially against the dead wealthy like Epstein and Savile.

As an aside I am struck by the sheer numbers (555?) of victims of the post office scandal and no one asked questions at the time. No suggested anything may possibly be amiss? No conspiracy, but illustrates the silos the criminal justice system works in, and deafness to the possibility of wrongful convictions.
