While my Politics is fairly protean and not aligned to one party, why does the left think that the state can implement effective plans to improve parenting?

There are thousands of children with teeth decay and arriving in reception year not "toilet-trained". These are symptoms of a failing society. Why Mr Starmer do you assume that you can spend our money on this and it will go away? This is not a "vision". It is not even a plan, other than to spend money.

I can't remember what U.S. Democrat it was (They are all the same anyway).
