Society as usual is distracted by calls for vengeance against the triple killer mentally ill guy.

Leaving aside the growing body of science showing there is no such thing as free will, the killer was as much a victim as the dead. He should of been detained and cared for.

Look to the Government neglect of mental health services year on year. Not the obvious easy "solution".
