RIP Larry Page the Teenage Rage 1 Week, 5 Days ago
Larry was a teen idol in the early 60s who then started Page One Records - a label. It was he to whom I sent a song I had found as a possible followup to It's Good News Week by Hedgehoppers Anonymous but it hadn't worked out for them so I sent it to Larry who recorded Wild Thing with a group he had - The Troggs. We've been in touch recently on Facebook.

Larry Page, Bill Haley-type BIG Band, not small group, the first Brit 'Buddy' cover 'That'll Be The Day' Oct 1957. 5-years pre-Beatles, on Beatles label Parlophone produced by George Martin?
