Oddly enough, I havent opened it yet but have just returned from the grocers with baking ingredients.
The message got in there, obviously.

I`ve half cheated and made "the Easiest Loaf In the World", which is pretty close to what I normally make anyway, but it uses butter or lard, I use olive oli normally.(I chose butter) It rose at a frighteneing rate I must say.
The house smells gorgeous. I`m intrigued by the Quinoa and nut cake, and will probably have a bash at it later.
