Some odd points: why did Alli buy clothes and underwear for David Lammy's nonexistent "first lady" (a role the Queen fills) when she didn't join her husband on the campaign trail?

That would annoy Streeting wouldn't it. I think he wants that accolade.

The trouble with him doing as you suggest would not be to do with sexuality but honesty and deception. It would place major rocket boosters under that charge about Starmer which many of us already worked out about him and others are now finding out late in the day - that he is untrustworthy, an easy liar, and that his words count for little, never mind we've now discovered he's an astounding premier league hypocrite. The kind of admission you suggest would be the ultimate and a very personal family deception, one of the worst kinds.

I don't know about anyone else, but I often get a gut instinct vibe out of people quite fast. With Starmer long ago even before he became Labour leader he looked deeply shifty and dishonest to me with what I always thought was a scared kind of worried facial look a lot of the time as if he was permanently worried about something.

Streeting does not to come out gay we all know he is FFS. Most people have good gaydars.
