The only thing they are good at.
Isn't it time for a huge clean out of the corrupt or useless police - and start with Surrey Police - where's Millie Dowler's killer?

Firstly it has cost the taxpayer 6 million pounds.

Also the man was not allowed to race in UK for 18 months whilst they investigated and made the subsequent court case. He was however, allowed to race in every other country. I now truly believe that you are guilty until proved innocent in the UK. I would imagine he will be getting huge compensation for loss of revenue.

Finally what made it worse, was that the people behind Fallon all backed him and top experts said that it is virtually impossible to prove that he was fixing races and impossible for him to do it anyway. However, the Racing body still went ahead with the court-case, despite being advised that he is most probably innocent.

I could go on, but it is yet again total and utter incompetence from the police, they should be ashamed of themselves.

I seriously think that all police should be sacked and made to re-apply for their jobs at which point they'll need to pass a thorough intelligence test and attend a course on sensitivity.

During the interval we could call up the Territorials to patrol the streets. Good training for future peace missions.
