Was never a huge fan to begin with. Didn't appear to know what he was doing with the squad, and it was almost like a huge puzzle to him which he seemed unable to work out. And he lacked a certain wow factor, which I believe any leader should have, at least some...a distinct lack of charisma...the players were not responding to him whatever it was he was telling them. Man Utd deserve better, but please---not Southgate.
