TOPIC: Peter Kay tickets

Peter Kay tickets 2 Weeks, 4 Days ago
I thought the BIC had its booking system on its web page. It's been several years now since I last visited the BIC. There are about three phones at the kiosks. I never had to use Ticketmaster or other websites to obtain tickets. I thought Ticketmaster and ViaGoGO were a place to resell your unwanted tickets for silly prices.

I am sure Peter Kay will release a DVD for this tour. Peter Kay will make a pretty penny on the DVD. I never understood stand-up DVDs. It's not something you will watch often, I see bundles of them in charity shops. I saw a spinner rack full of Peter Kay and Lee Evans DVDs for 50p each.

I never knew there was more than one Peter Kay stand up video.
The same one seems to be on television every other week.

Three stand ups I can't bear to watch. Michael McIntyre, Lee Evans and Jimmy Carr. Peter Kay was okay, but not much material.

I never saw the appeal to Lee Evans, maybe if you are about 13 or so and like simple jokes. He made a fortune and took out an early retirement.

Michael McIntyre only got famous due to connections, his jokes are so 1980s. Jimmy Carr wants to be the next Bill Hicks.

Peter Kay jokes seem to be "Can you remember?" or supermarket jokes. When you look at the audience on the live shows he is popular with the young and the very old. I used to like Jeff Foxworthy and Larry The Cable Guy but they seem to be past their sell-by date. They want to be edgy but neither wants to get cancelled. So now their humour is becoming redundant.
