I'm not sure he thought through the Bay of America thoroughly as apparently the costs in changing a name like that would run into the $Billions mainly because of shipping.

not sure how he could buy the UK although he can influence politics with donations.
But seriously..is Reform going to do much better at the next election?. How many seats..5 now/. Farage's influence is vastly over rated. I mean the Greens have 4 seats and the media treat them as non existent.
And I reckon Corbyn's new party will pick up far more seats from disaffected Labour voters.
As much as I enjoy Musk making Starmer uncomfortable I think it will backfire as the vast majority of Brits will not put up with an outsider telling them what to do.

Watch out what you wish for GM. Starmer might flog Trump the Isle Of Wight and he may send all his millions of Mexican illegals there as the third country option a bit like our nutty Rwanda fraud scheme.
I once heard that you could fit the entire population of the planet earth onto the Isle Of Wight crammed shoulder to shoulder with each other. Admittedly this was when it was probably a couple of billion less than the 8 billion it now is though.

Trump is winding back the claim to deport millions of immigrants.

So is the mainland UK by your definition then....and that includes for many law abiding Brits not just the felons.
As for Trump, two weeks from now I'm sure he's going to come in and there will be a whirlwind of activity and we can sit back and enjoy a second wave of Trump derangement infecting the usual suspects.

Yes I have been there and stayed. Infact I even had a pair of visitors for an afternoon from the IOW just after Christmas. They managed to escape the island!
Maybe I'm missing your point here, and you're referring to how awkward it is to get across the Solent or how expensive it has now become to do so apparently.
