Once Russia invaded and bombed Ukraine, that country was morally able to fight back. But instead of invading bits of Russia (which they seem to be doing) surely small hit teams could and should aim at key places in Moscow and other high profile cities. The Kremlin; St Basil's. SAS type raids. Spectacular damage.

Perhaps they are worried about all those nuclear missiles Putin keeps boasting about owning?

Well I think that NATO air attacks may be happening before the week is out, so we'd all better brace ourselves. Blitz 2 could be on the way to London. Put that light out. And Don't Panic.

Oh yes nuclear sites should be a prime target for SAS stealth attacks I would have thought.

I'm pretty sure a Russian nuclear attack on Ukraine would infect Russia as well.

The EU & NATO countries are 20 times richer than Russia who may be very depleted by this long war.

But they've been coasting along and relying on the USA, now a fair weather friend.

Through so many wars and catastrophies.

Just a few:- Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, WW2, Vietnam, Korea.

Where is the UN? Impotent - less than 200 countries; many don't pay the subscription!

An article from a few months ago worth a read - Is Putin preparing for nuclear war?

www.aspistrategist.org.au/is-putin-preparing-for-nuclear-war/

Quote from the article - "Putin is well aware of what he would be unleashing if he moved to a nuclear war. However, he goes on to note correctly that in the former Soviet Union the Communist regime was a collective leadership with a strong general staff and ‘it was a pretty cautious leadership when it took military action.’ By comparison, today’s Russia, he says, is a personalised dictatorship where everything is under Putin’s control. Freedman observes that we have no idea about the quality of information getting to Putin nor whether anybody is challenging him or warning him about where these nuclear developments are going."

I've also heard some commentary in recent days that suggests Putin is actually scared of Trump because of his unpredictability.

Quite honestly my head hurts trying to work anything out at the moment. Is Trump doing a double bluff on Russia in some way?
