The discovery of a body at a former care home in Jersey poses a few interesting questions.
The police have had complaints about this home for decades - but chose to do nothing about them until recently. Now a body has been found (and there may be more) could the police be culpable in having let crimes go on, when if they had acted seener crimes could have been prevented?
... or have the States of Jersey police simply just woken-up to the benefits (for them) of trawling exercises?
