Organisation finally starts to tell the truth and admits liability for Iraqis beaten to death by British forces as part of the illegal invasion.

I'm not sure the MoD would agree with you that they have made a full on admission of war crimes, ITK. Nonetheless, you are right. That's just what they are.

I'd love to see the day when Bush and Blair were tried as war criminals. Will never happen of course.

Milosevic was indicted for crimes against humanity in Kosovo. Beastly as he no doubt was, at least there are two arguments as to where Kosovo's sovereignty should lie. Illegally invading nations thousands of miles away, based on a tissue of lies, and having the blood of hundreds of thousands on your hands is in a different league to Milosevic.

I was working on the fact that they have admitted breaching section one of the Human Rights Act - protection from death and torture - which IS a war crime under the Geneva Convention.

It would be too emotive for them to actually use those words but remember that one of the soldiers tried for this crime actually pleaded guilty (a fact often played down) - and it was widely reported at the time that this was the first occasion where a British soldier had admitted a war crime.
