...I have decided to aim it at DVLA for one reason.
Purely because I knew I ought to get around to it, I sent my driving license back for an address change.
It of course never arrived and so I rang to complain.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they had not lost it for a while, but I was a little iffy at their attitude on the phone and so I said "you`ve lost it haven`t you?"
Either way I was told I would have to re-apply including having the photos taken again and filling out a new form.

Today in the post, this form has arrived, with my correct address with one slight change, typed by themselves at the top.

It is addressed to MR PAIN.

How rude!

A fellow had a tab behind the bar and asked for it so he could square it.

Just as it was out of her hands the barmaid realised the name on the slip of paper was "Smelly".
