GORDON BROWN wants the law to change to allow 42 DAYS INTERNMENT without CHARGE for terrorists such is the threat. ( forget his electoral problems - this is a massive threat to our way of life )

FIGHT THE 42 DAY PROPOSAL BY NAZI BROWN !

Dont think just because WE HAVE WON a vote in Crewe that he will change course - we all know TERRORISM laws are being used on ordinary people ( Such as families applying to schools !!! )

Therefore the 42 DAYS applies to ALL OF US ( Whether we are terrorists or not - it will be used by Governments and Police against us )

This is the biggest threat to our FREEDOM since the BLITZ !!!

In reality we should be taking to the streets about this - it is that important.

WHAT CAN YOU DO !!!

1. Tell someone else about this every day for the next few weeks

2. POST THIS on other message boards and in chat rooms all over the INTERNET

3. Tell your local MP that you want them to vote against the 42 DAYS ( Whatever party they represent )

If it gets passed then our future is not assured in the UK.

I'm with you all the way, brother, but sadly I feel that apathy within our society will let it happen (although there are clear signs now that MPs are getting very concerned - with some who voted FOR 90 days detention - which defeated B-Liar in 2005 - now voting AGAINST 42 days detention.

The next step is Guantanamo Bay a la UK.
Why bother with a trial at all?.Just list them as non lawful terrorist combatants,or something equally silly.

I'm afraid I agree with you on this one-apathy will win the day, which doesn't mean we shouldn't stop the fight.

I'm a great reader of Nazi history-not of WW2 but of German history leading up to the rise of the Nazis, because it affected some family members. It's truly fascinating to see the many parallels to today.

We only ever see movies that show the dark side..Nazis & Brownshirts roaming the streets and beating up Jews etc but the day to day normal life was just that. Little by little and by small increments, government decisions and laws were made to "protect" the people from some unseen enemy defined as the terrorists of the day. Only at the last minute did many people see what was upon them.

The thing is-once freedoms are taken away the chances of getting them back are slim. Gordon Brown may even think he's doing the right thing but we have no idea who will be in his place in 5 years time and use these laws to great effect.
