It is the BIGGEST thing for Christianity since Cliff sang at a Billy Graham crusade.

If you have any friends who are ill and need healing then tell them to tune in - what have they got to lose ? Hundreds of people in the UK claim to have been healed already.

Last night a bloke had his MUSCLE regrown ! Many of the miracles have doctor's reports to prove their authenticity.

There are some Christians who believe the whole thing is the WORK OF THE DEVIL ( because the bloke has tatoos and does not wear a suit !! or speak theology )

However, everyone agrees the miracles are happening and the crowds are growing every night as word spreads around the INTERNET and SATELLITE viewers.

The songs and performances are really good ( better than Eurovision - maybe BBC can show the Saturday night event !! )

I hope you can help me with some facts that seem to be missing on the website, I do hope so:

1. How many amputees have been cured?

2. Some people aren't cured; is this because God cures people at random or have those not cured people failed in some way?

A few years ago I came across an American girl called Joni Ericson who was a christian but who hit a rock while diving and became paralysed from the neck down. She prayed for healing for a long while but is still paralysed. Despite this she has strong faith and travels around America preaching the gospel. She says that she's learned so much through her condition and it has brought her closer to God.

Some faith is too strong to fully understand.

Are there any easy answers to anything? I doubt it.

Well he makes refreshing change from those God awful American evangelists with their slick suits and jet black dyed hair.

I have to admit as a child I wwent to a Billy Graham meeeting and went to the front to get 'blessed'.
Since then of course I've discovered his a right wing fanatic that supports bombing various South American countries and Iraq etc.

Interesting that Bentley has admitted his criminal past and we now have a Pope who has spoken of his involment in Nazi Germany.
Personally-I belong to the Spitiualist Church and we end up with meetings of lots of little old ladies amongst others but I've seen things that no-one would believe.
So faith can be strong.

The UK is now wanting to ban a CHRISTIAN preacher - more proof is ever it were needed that the UK is a very dark and evil place and our media is totally run by those who hate ALL religions of any sort.

Whatever happened to FREE SPEECH in the UK ?

The UK has an automatic ban on all visitors with known criminal records - when they can be bothered to check on them - although they tend to make an exception for those they can make a profit from (e.g. Mike Tyson)

The UK does not recognise or encourage rehabilitation.

Are you having a laugh here, BR? Quite the reverse is true. Religion is a ubiquitous parasite infecting all humanity. Just look at the number of faith schools in the UK. The USA still awaits its first atheist President, and I'm not aware of any UK Prime Minister not at least feigning some religious conviction.

We're all timidly crawling on egg shells for fear of offending some religion or other. Christians just love playing the blasphemy card, and as for Islam? You can't even criticise that without risking being charged with inciting hatred.

The vast majority of children are brought up to believe in some sort of religious book, having their individuality compromised, and their wings clipped to become little Christians, Moslems or Jews before they even have chance to think for themselves.

This is not far from child abuse in my opinion.

Banning somebody solely and automatically for any past criminal act seems to be unreasonable.

Although in this case we have a fraudster preying on vulnerable people in the present - I wouldn't stop him but it's shameful in an advanced country such levels of ignorance exist that he can operate his scam.

Actually, in a fair system of an advanced country any accusation of fraud should be proven before action is taken.

I've not followed this guys story but I hear there are thousands who would vouch for him, and nobody has exposed him as a fraudster yet. Having doubts about someone's motives or ability doesn't equal proof.

I say let him come to the UK, then we can check him out for ourselves.

I'm sorry, but i think to say that being a christian compromises you're individuality and that it borders on child abuse is frankly ridiculous. Yes, some people use religion as a tool for negative purposes. I was brought up a Catholic and have questioned many of the "rules". Its the same old story. A few bad apples spoiling it for the mostly loving, caring and charitable folk out there. Some people rely on religion for help when its all they have to get them through the day.
